Background
In recent years, Biltema has increased its focus on developing its café and restaurant areas to enhance the overall customer experience. In Luleå, there was a need to expand and modernize the existing restaurant section to better serve visitors.
Assignment
Partega was commissioned to transform approximately 700 square metres of the existing store into a new restaurant and café area. The project included both design and construction of a new ventilation plant room, kitchen facilities, staff areas, and the installation of a grease separator.
Challange & Solution
The project was carried out in Luleå during the coldest months of the year and required coordination between multiple trades and suppliers. Through careful planning, strong project management, and a committed on-site team, the project was completed according to schedule.
Result
The result is a modern and functional restaurant and café environment that enhances Biltema’s offering and improves the customer experience for visitors to the store.
Development
As Partega’s first project for Biltema, the successful delivery has established a strong foundation for future collaboration and continued development opportunities.
