Background
Following a successful renovation project for H&M in Rødovre Centrum, we were entrusted with building a new store for COS – one of the H&M Group’s premium brands – in central Copenhagen.
Project
We delivered a full turnkey contract, transforming the 600 sqm space into a refined retail environment. The store features a cohesive and carefully balanced interior – with curated color palettes, lime-painted walls, and custom-built wooden fixtures that add both warmth and sophistication.
Challenge
The project posed several challenges: a tight timeline, in a central location, with a high standard of detail and finish. Unexpected conditions on site further increased the complexity, requiring flexibility and rapid problem-solving.
Solution
With a well-prepared team, solid planning, and a solution-focused approach, we successfully managed the project’s demands. A close and transparent dialogue with the client and coworkers was key in handling changes and ensuring consistent quality throughout the process.
Result
The completed store meets a high design standard and strengthens COS’s presence in the heart of Copenhagen.
