Background
The entire Asecs shopping centre in Jönköping is undergoing a major rebuilding project. H&M opted to rebuild and expand its shop to create space for its HOME concept.
Assignment
Partega, then known as Byggprojekt Olsson & Strøm, was hired by the landlord’s project consultant, Pilotage, to plan and implement construction of the shop.
Challenges
Many surprises during the course of the project, including major additional structural work.
Solution
Flexibility and cooperation with other contractors and subcontractors.
Result
A fantastic, well-planned shop with big open spaces.
