Background
H&M’s flagship store in Mall of Scandinavia was the first in the world to be remodeled according to the clothing stores new concept.
Assignment
We carried out a turnkey contract, transforming the entire store, including the new H&M Home and H&M Beauty departments.
Challenge
The concept was developed continuously throughout the project in collaboration with H&M’s designers and architects. Managing the changes while staying on schedule was a challenge. Additionally, the construction took place in an open store with many visitors and extended opening hours.
Solution
We succeeded largely thanks to close communication with the client and a dedicated team of committed colleagues.
Result
Everyone involved felt proud and happy when H&M live-streamed the opening of the state-of-the-art store, showcasing the new concept to the world.
