Background
After many appreciated renovations of H&M’s stores, we also got the chance to rebuild one of their offices in central Stockholm after a winning tender.
Assignment
Thanks to good cooperation and dialogue with the customer and the hired architects, we renovated a total of 9 floors in two different building bodies.
Challenges
The biggest challenge with the project was the logistics as there were only high traffic roads around the entire building given the very central location and a schedule with no room for delays.
Solution
Good and careful planning before and throughout is the basis for any successful project. Together with our partners who have a good understanding of our vision and good communication and collaboration with the client and architect, quick and good solutions were created.
Result
The project resulted in an aesthetically pleasing and modern office characterized by innovative design. By using appealing colors together with well-chosen products and a high finish on all designs, an appealing workplace was created. Thanks to good communication and cooperation from all professional groups, the project resulted in a very satisfied customer, which led to continued collaborations.
