Background
Espresso House wanted to establish a presence in Mjölby, and through a recommendation from a former professional colleague, we were asked to carry out the project.
Assignment
Our job was construction contracting, taking responsibility for all coordination of subcontractors, including both those hired by the landlord and those we brought in ourselves: floor layers, painters, carpenters, shopfitters, fire & sprinkler specialists and plumbers.
Result
A fantastic concept and interior that lift the entire mall.
